Donald Trump lashes out at yet another female journalist — this time with a blistering six‑word attack.

Donald Trump has a long-standing pattern of aggressively targeting female reporters. Over the past month, the President has repeatedly attacked journalists, and on Monday, he did so once again. This time, he lashed out at an ABC reporter who asked a straightforward question.

Trump’s confrontational approach toward the press is well-documented, especially toward journalists whose questions or reporting he disagrees with. A few weeks ago, he referred to Bloomberg journalist Catherine LaCey as “piggy” aboard Air Force One and later called her a “terrible reporter.” Shortly after, he labeled CNN journalist Caitlin Collins as both “nasty” and “stupid.”

No journalist has publicly pushed back against Trump’s repeated attacks, and now another female reporter has faced his criticism. During a press interaction, ABC News Senior Political Correspondent Rachel Scott questioned Trump about his prior statement that he had “no problem” releasing footage of a strike on a suspected drug trafficking vessel off the coast of Venezuela on September 2.

In that incident, two people initially survived the strike, but Secretary of War Pete Hegseth allegedly ordered a second strike, which killed them. When Scott asked if Trump would release the full footage, he lost his temper.

“I didn’t say that. You said that, I didn’t say that,” Trump snapped, calling Scott “the most obnoxious reporter in the whole place.”

He continued, “Let me just tell you, you are an obnoxious – a terrible, actually a terrible reporter. And it’s always the same thing with you. I told you, whatever Pete Hegseth wants to do is OK with me.” Trump then boasted that the boat was “shot out of the water” and claimed the strike saved 25,000 American lives from drug overdoses.

Scott pressed him further about committing to releasing the footage, prompting Trump to repeat, “Didn’t I just tell you that? You’re the most obnoxious reporter in the whole place.”

Last week, Trump had previously stated that he had no problem releasing the video. “We’re reviewing that right now,” he said at the Reagan National Defense Forum.
