The marriage between the Beverly Hills, 90210 actress and the Polar Opposites actor is now officially over, though not every detail of their separation has been tied up just yet.
Court documents confirm that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have finalized their divorce, marking the end of their long and often turbulent relationship.
According to People, both Spelling, 52, and McDermott, 58, signed off on the divorce terms in late October 2025. The finalized paperwork was then filed with the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, on November 3. The filing lists the case as “uncontested,” with both parties agreeing to submit a written settlement outlining the terms of their split.
Spelling cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of their separation, officially dating it to June 17, 2023. She filed for divorce on March 29, 2024, after nearly eighteen years of marriage.
The pair, who gained fame together through their reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, wed in 2006. Their relationship was frequently in the public eye, marked by ups and downs, financial troubles, and recurring media scrutiny.
In her filing, Spelling requested both spousal and child support, which court records now confirm were granted. She also sought sole physical custody of their five children — Liam, 18; Stella, 17; Hattie, 14; Finn, 13; and Beau, 8 — while requesting joint legal custody, leaving McDermott’s visitation schedule to be determined later.
Notably, the divorce documents do not clarify whether the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place, and Spelling stated that the full extent of their assets and property had yet to be determined.
Now that her marriage is officially over, Spelling appears to be embracing a new phase of life. Recently, she’s drawn attention for both her evolving sense of style and her growing relationship with new boyfriend Ryan Cramer.
On April 9, she turned heads when she attended the special screening of The Carters alongside Cramer. The pair coordinated their outfits for the red carpet, posing together with ease and confidence.
Spelling wore a black dress with a sheer design across the chest, as well as over and below the knees. She finished the look with knee-high black-and-white sneakers, yellow-tinted sunglasses, and a sleek dark frame.
Cramer complemented her look with a fitted black top and jeans, topped with a bold yellow puffer jacket and matching sneakers that made the couple hard to miss. Yet it wasn’t their clothing that caused the biggest stir — it was Cramer’s striking resemblance to Spelling’s ex-husband, Dean McDermott.
Fans immediately noticed the similarity once photos circulated online. “Thought that was Dean,” one person commented. Another added, “He looks like her ex, that’s for sure.” Dozens of similar reactions followed, with people remarking on how uncanny the resemblance was. “It’s eerie how much he looks like her husband,” one shocked fan wrote, while another joked, “Looks like Dean’s clone escaped the vault!”
Despite the chatter, Spelling appeared unfazed. Her public outing with Cramer made one thing clear — she’s moving forward with confidence, embracing her next chapter without apology.
It’s not the first time she’s made waves with her public appearances. Just weeks earlier, she sparked conversation with her daring look at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17, where her bold fashion choice ignited a storm of opinions online.
At the event, Spelling wore a dramatic blue-and-white outfit featuring a barely visible crop top beneath a voluminous floor-length tulle skirt. The ensemble, cinched high with suspenders, shimmered under the lights. She finished the look with black Converse sneakers and two long braided ponytails decorated with blue butterflies.
Photographers captured her throughout the evening — walking the iconic stairs of the Dolby Theatre, touching up her makeup outside the venue, and even posing for a photo with rock legend Billy Idol. “I got to capture a moment on the red carpet with Billy Idol. Such a music legend!” she said afterward.
The look divided fans online. Some praised her creativity, while others were quick to criticize. One commenter wrote, “Tori looks like a schoolgirl trying too hard for attention.” Another said, “The fake braids look ridiculous.” Others felt the outfit was too youthful for her age, calling it “out of place” for the event.
Critics didn’t stop at her wardrobe. “Too much face adjustment,” one person claimed, while another wrote, “Tori doesn’t look like herself anymore.”
Still, the actress seemed unbothered. Between her finalized divorce, new romance, and fearless approach to public life, Tori Spelling has proven she’s not looking back. Her confidence — whether on the red carpet or in a new relationship — signals that this next chapter is hers to define.
