TV personality Carol Vorderman is known for her dedication to fitness, and she recently shared photos highlighting her hourglass figure, with her form-fitting workout clothes emphasizing her physique.
The Welsh broadcaster, who often posts clips of her intense training sessions on Instagram, continues to draw admiration from fans who affectionately refer to her as “Supervorders.”
When she’s not appearing on television, exercising, flying aircraft, or posing for photos with celebrities like Tom Cruise, Vorderman is often spending time with one of her five “special friends.”

Carol Vorderman, now 62, recently marked four decades in television and has logged more than 10,000 appearances in shows such as the British game show Countdown, the morning program Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and ITV’s This Morning.
The accomplished presenter is not only known for her looks — she has the intellect to match.
In 2014, the mother of two earned her private pilot’s license, and the following year, she joined forces with NASA through a position on the board of the Challenger Center for Space Science Education. In that role, she worked to inspire young people to pursue an interest in space and science.
When she’s not captivating viewers on screen, the former Have I Got News for You host puts in consistent effort at the gym, maintaining her strong and healthy build.
“Women in their 60s weren’t raised with exercise being part of daily life… As you get older, you need weight-bearing activities, stretching, squats. If you skip them for even a couple of weeks, you start to feel it,” Vorderman said in an interview with HELLO! magazine.
“Because I work in a visual field, you have to pay more attention — as many women in similar jobs do — to how you present yourself, more than you may actually want to.”
Recently, she posted several photos from inside the gym, where she highlighted her figure in a grey crop top and fitted leggings.
Vorderman captioned the post, “Five gym sessions this week. Feels great to get back into the routine. Eating clean, drinking lots of water, plenty of walking and fresh air… honestly, it’s my happy place.”
The images showed a visibly hard-working Vorderman mid-workout, lifting weights and doing cable rope exercises that emphasized her toned physique.
Fans quickly filled the comments with praise. One wrote, “Fountain of youth! You look incredible,” while another simply added, “Supervorders.”
Others used the moment to leave playful, flirtatious comments such as, “There’s no way I could match your pace, but I’d certainly like to try,” while another added, “I might need to rewatch the third clip a few more times to study the technique.”
A third commenter, referencing her well-known circle of companions, wrote: “What a way to spend a weekend — with a special friend.”
Her post came shortly after Dermot O’Leary, her This Morning co-host, made a lighthearted joke about her dating life.
Vorderman — who was absent from the show that day — became an easy target for O’Leary’s teasing, with the 50-year-old presenter, previously of The X Factor UK, poking fun at her relationships.
His co-host, Alison Hammond, burst into laughter when O’Leary delivered a perfectly timed joke referencing Carol Vorderman’s well-known “10-year stretch of no-strings-attached relationships with several men she calls her ‘special friends.’”
During a call-in segment inviting viewers to speak with Hagan Fox, an astrologer who offers guidance based on star charts, one woman phoned in. She admitted she was dating three different men and needed direction on what she described as “a bit of a love square.”
Laughing, Hammond repeated, “Did you say love square?”
Dermot quickly chimed in with, “You wouldn’t happen to be Carol Vorderman, would you?”
The remark drew even more laughter, considering Vorderman—formerly a panelist on Loose Women—has always been open about her unconventional personal life. In past interviews, she shared that having relationships with multiple partners works well for her because she isn’t looking for traditional romantic attachment.
Vorderman has been single since ending her relationship with journalist Des Kelly in 2007. Previously, she was married to Christopher Mather from 1985 to 1986, and later to Patrick King—from 1990 to 2000—the father of her two children. She’s explained many times that she values independence and the freedom that comes with living on her own.
“I don’t want to get married again. I don’t want to live with a man again. I don’t want to take care of someone all the time,” she said. “And it’s time to challenge this strange idea that one person is supposed to meet every single need in someone’s life. That’s an impossible expectation.”
Vorderman added that she is not a jealous person and that the men she spends time with are single and free to pursue other relationships. “No one is being hurt. It’s a positive, honest situation,” she explained. “They don’t know each other, but they know about one another. It’s very open.” She said the five men she calls her “special friends” have been part of her life for years: “One has been a friend for 11 years, one for seven. My kids—Katie, 31, and Cameron, 25—know most of them.”
To reinforce her enthusiasm for single life, she posted a playful video of herself lip-syncing and dancing to “It’s Raining Men.”
Fans loved it, praising her joyful energy and confidence. Comments included: “Carol, that’s absolutely brilliant—great dance moves,” and “The Vord has defeated the Borg. Resistance is futile.” Another viewer wrote, “Such an incredible woman.”
Carol Vorderman clearly stays committed to her fitness routine and remains unapologetically true to who she is—both in her lifestyle and in her relationships.
