After the Killing of Charlie Kirk and the Attempted Assassination of Donald Trump, Another Major Political Figure Reportedly Named the Next “Prime Target”

Posted on November 6, 2025 By admin

In the wake of escalating political violence in the United States, new concerns are emerging following the historic election of Zohran Kwame Mamdani as New York City’s first Muslim mayor. Mamdani, who won by a commanding margin on November 4 with 50.4% of the vote, defeated prominent figures including Andrew Cuomo, Curtis Sliwa, and Eric Adams. While his victory has been celebrated as a milestone for representation and progress, growing fears now surround his safety amid an increasingly volatile national climate.

Supporters and security experts warn that Mamdani could become the next “prime target” in a series of attacks against political leaders, particularly after the killing of Charlie Kirk and the recent attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. These incidents have underscored the deep polarization and hostility threatening public figures across party lines.

Even before his election, Mamdani faced a wave of disturbing death threats. One particularly alarming case involved a Texas man, Jeremy Fistel, who was indicted for sending Mamdani violent, hate-filled messages. Fistel allegedly wrote, “I’d love to see an IDF bullet go through your skull,” and “I hope you all die painful sudden deaths.” Prosecutors revealed that Fistel demanded Mamdani “return to Uganda” or face being shot.

Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz denounced the threats, saying, “There is no room for hate or bigotry in our political discourse.”

Despite the danger, Mamdani has remained defiant and unwavering in his message of resilience. “We cannot and will not be intimidated by racism, Islamophobia, and hate,” he declared.

In his impassioned victory speech, Mamdani didn’t hold back, addressing Donald Trump directly: “Donald Trump, since I know you’re watching, I have four words for you — turn the volume up.” His words ignited both cheers and controversy as he outlined an ambitious plan for his administration: fighting corruption, freezing rent increases, expanding childcare access, and introducing free public transit across the city.

He concluded with a powerful statement that has since resonated widely: “To get to any of us, you’ll have to get through all of us.”

Born in Uganda and raised in New York, Zohran Mamdani’s journey from immigrant activist to the mayor of America’s largest and most diverse city stands as a defining symbol of change. But his rise also highlights the growing risks faced by political leaders in a divided nation — a reminder that progress, though celebrated, often comes with profound personal cost.
